Car overturns near church in Prince George’s County

Prince George’s County police are investigating a crash that left a car overturned just outside of a church on Lanham Severn Road.

LANHAM, Md. - Prince George’s County police are investigating a crash that left a car overturned just outside a church on Lanham Severn Road.

Officials say it happened at around 5:40 a.m. Monday near the New Dimensions Church. FOX 5’s Stephanie Ramirez says police were talking with a woman when she arrived at the scene.

Ramirez says it doesn’t appear anyone was transported following the crash.

Drivers can expect delays in the region as crews work to remove the vehicle.
