Bowie twins celebrate their 100th birthday

Two 100-year-old twins from Bowie are celebrating their birthday together today.

BOWIE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Today is a very special celebration for twins Evelyn Lowe and Elaine Foster. The sisters are turning 100!

Friends and family came out to celebrate the significant milestone in Bowie Wednesday – and FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart was there for it all.

Tolbart says the tech-savvy twins both have iPhones, play computer games, also pay their bills online.

Another fun fact – their mother lived to the age of 103.
