WASHINGTON - Authorities have recovered a body from the Anacostia River in southeast D.C.
Crews responded to the area along the 1500 block of Anacostia Drive near the boat ramp at Anacostia Park Thursday morning.
The identity of the person has not been released.
The investigation is continuing at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact police
