Around the same time, several FOX 5 DC viewers tweeted photos and video of what appears to be a funnel cloud. The National Weather Service says they're not able to officially confirm a touchdown just yet, but they'll do a survey of the area Friday to determine if damage to the area was caused by a tornado.
