American Legion Bridge crash causes major delays Tuesday

MCLEAN, Va. - A multi-vehicle crash along Interstate-495 on the Virginia side of the American Legion Bridge caused major delays Tuesday.

The crash was reported around 5 a.m. on the outer loop just after the bridge in the McLean area. Several lanes were blocked.

FOX 5’s Annie Mae reported delays of around 90 minutes.

The cause of the crash is unknown. No injuries have been reported.
