SCOTTSVILLE, Va. - Update: The Amber Alert for Haven Melina Moses was terminated at 6:18 p.m. on February 7.
Virginia State Police have issued an Amber Alert for child abduction in the case of a missing 3-year-old.
Haven Melina Moses is believed to be in extreme danger. She was last seen at 5128 West River Road in Scottsville, Virginia.
Police believe she may have been abducted by James Arnold Moses, who is described as a white male, age 25. He is five-foot-four and 130 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
They may be traveling in a Honda sedan or a brown Ford Explorer with a Virginia license plate reading VKS6171.
