2 men shot on H Street in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON - Police say two men were shot early Wednesday morning in Northeast, D.C.

The shooting happened shortly after 2 a.m. on the 1200 block of H Street.

At this time, investigators are on the lookout for a black male, 6-foot-tall, wearing a dark hoodie with stripes on the back.

Investigators say both men have been hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Road in the area reopened around 5:30 a.m. following the investigation.
