WASHINGTON - Authorities are seeking help as they search for a young girl missing from the District. Officers say 12-year-old Jessica Elizabeth Rosales was last seen in the 600 block of Edgewood Street in the Northeast around 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 24. Her disappearance was reported to police on Tuesday, October 29.
Police describe Jessica as a Hispanic female with a medium complexion. She is 5-feet-3-inches-tall and weighs 153 pounds with long brown, wavy hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue striped shirt, black pants and black and white checkered Vans.
