MCLEAN, Va. - Some Virginia high school students held a walkout over gun control on Thursday. The walkout was held at McLean High School in Fairfax County.
Aerial images from the scene showed what appeared to be about one hundred students marching to the school's football field. Many held protest signs as they marched and gathered on the field.
On Wednesday, students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, returned to class for the first time since a teenager killed 17 students and educators with an AR-15 rifle two weeks ago.
