Police barricade situation ends; streets reopen in Northeast DC
WASHINGTON - A barricade situation in Northeast D.C. has ended with no injuries being reported.
The incident was reported around 11:48 a.m.1300 block of 4th Street. Photos and videos from FOX 5 user Ben Florance who was at the scene showed a large police response at the location. Officers said the person involved in the barricade situation may have been armed with a gun.
The 1300 block of 4th Street and the intersection of 4th Street and New York Avenue were closed for several hours.
It is unclear if any charges will be filed,
