Pickup truck plows into building in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Two people were seriously injured after a driver plowed into the side of a building in Anne Arundel County late last night.

The incident was reported around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Eaglewood Road in Annapolis.

Officers say the driver of a pickup truck drove into the side of the structure. Pictures show the cab of the truck inside of the building and the bed exposed.

One of the injured was outside of the structure when emergency crews arrived. A second victim was entrapped in the wreckage. It is not clear if the driver of the truck was one of those injured.

The incident is still under investigation.
