Police release sketch of suspect in wedding shooting

ATLANTA - Atlanta Police have released a surveillance video of a person of interest in a carjacking who may be connected to a violent robbery of a man leaving a wedding early Sunday morning.

The video shows a Forest Park convenience store which police say was the location of a carjacking on July 6.

Officials now say carjacked vehicle was used in the robbery of four people and the shooting of one man leaving a wedding reception at the Capitol City Club on July 8.

In the video, the suspect is seen wearing a gray hoodie. While that is similar to what witnesses of the later robbery described, police say they can not be sure the same suspect was involved in both incidents.

Crime Stoppers has increased the reward for any information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect to $10,000.
