Vigils held to remember victims of Capital Gazette shooting

Vigils were held across Annapolis on Friday to remember the Capital Gazette shooting victims.

Three vigils were held on Friday, one at Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis, one outside the Capital Gazette and another at the Annapolis City Dock.

Many came together to remember and reflect on the lives lost during the shooting, including the paper's assistant managing editor Rob Hiaasen; editorial page editor Gerald Fischman; features reporter Wendi Winters; reporter John McNamara, and sales assistant Rebecca Smith.

Crowds could be seen holding candles, singing and praying as they try to cope with the tragedy.
