The Arundel High School graduate was shot in the head while attending the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas with her boyfriend. She lost her right eye in the shooting and doctors said she could have bullet fragments in her brain for the rest of her life.
Frost was transferred to John Hopkins earlier in October and has undergone numerous surgeries and treatments.
Her parents said she was meeting with a team at the rehabilitation center and was preparing for more intense and focused therapies.
