SERIAL FLASHER: 2 more indecent exposure incidents reported in Arlington County

A serial flasher in Arlington County has struck again - this time in a neighborhood nearby the Marine Corps War Memorial.

Police have been trying to track down this suspect after he has exposed himself 11 times since January. The incidents have happened at least once each month this year and have taken place between 9:30 p.m. and midnight.

Now, police are concerned he is getting more aggressive after he groped a woman in one of the latest reported incidents.

Arlington County police said two incidents happened last Thursday on Fort Myer Drive and on North Meade Street, which are less than a half-mile away from each other.

In both incidents, the suspect was seen exposing himself and then masturbating. The victim on Fort Myer Drive reported to police that she was inappropriately touched by the suspect while she was out walking.

Last month, Arlington County police released a surveillance photo of the suspect. He is described as a Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s standing 5-feet-8 inches to 5-feet-10 inches tall with a medium build. He was seen wearing a hoodie pulled tightly around his face.
