Police release surveillance images of man they say responsible for DC smash and grab burglaries
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - D.C Police have released a picture of a suspect possibly connected to several smash and grab burglaries at businesses in Northwest, D.C.
The incidents were reported around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 4800 to the 5100 blocks of MacArthur Boulevard.
Police say the suspect targeted a pharmacy, a pet shop, and a restaurant during the burglaries. Officers are investigating a possible connection to a fourth burglary at a liquor store on the 5200 block of Wisconsin Avenue.
In each burglary, officers say the window to the front door was smashed the suspect or suspects entered the stores and stole items from inside.
