Large house fire in Accokeek

ACCOKEEK, Md. - Prince George's County firefighters are battling a fire at a home in Accokeek Tuesday night.

The blaze broke out at a single family house in the 14600 block of Cactus Hill Road.

Fire officials say the fire started in the basement and extended to the first floor of the home. The exterior of the first floor has collapsed into the basement.

The house is located in a non-hydrant area and water tankers were being brought in to supply water for the firefighters.

All occupants of the house are accounted for and no injuries have been reported, officials say.
