George Mason police investigating report of student accused of illegally filming women
FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - George Mason University police are investigating after a student was allegedly discovered illegally recording women in a campus bathroom.
According to a police log, officers discovered the person in a fourth floor women's restroom in Innovation Hall on Feb. 12 at 2:47 p.m.
They say no one has been arrested, and would not comment, citing the active investigation.
Campus officials have confirmed that police filed court documents to obtain a search warrant.
They released the following statement on Facebook late Tuesday:
