Another Damascus HS student rape case moved to juvenile court
ROCKVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - The case of another student allegedly involved in a locker-room sexual assault involving broomsticks at Damascus High School has been moved to juvenile court.
A total of three cases in the incident have been moved juvenile court.
Only one more student remains charged as an adult in connection with the brutal attack five junior-varsity football players unleashed on their teammates - an attack that included "brooming."
One of the players was initially only charged as a juvenile. He pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual offense and was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, sources told FOX 5.
