7 injured in Montgomery County collision, 1 with life-threatening injuries, officials say
ROCKVILLE, Md. - Seven people were hurt in a car crash, including one person with life-threatening injuries, Montgomery County Fire officials say.
According to fire and rescue officials, first responders assessed seven people were injuries in the collision after a car collided with a light police on Montrose Parkway in Montgomery County.
One adult was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries as well as a second adult with serious injuries. There was also a third adult and four children with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say Montrose Parkway is closed in both directions. They have not released any information regarding the cause of the crash.
