Jury selection begins in Savopoulos DC mansion murders case
WASHINGTON - Jury selection began Wednesday in the murder case of members of the Savopoulos family and their housekeeper.
Businessman Savvas Savopoulos, his wife Amy, their son Philip, and family housekeeper Vera-Lisia Figueroa, were killed in May of 2015.

Police believe they were held hostage in their D.C. mansion before being murdered and then their home set on fire.
Daron Wint has been charged in the murders. Despite investigators initially saying it would have taken more than one person to pull off such a crime, he is the only one facing charges at this time.
