2018 Election: Where to report polling issues in DC, Maryland and Virginia

The country will head to the polls on Election Day in a pivotal midterm that will decide the fate of the U.S. House and Senate - but who do voters contact if they run into an issue while trying to vote?

FOX 5 reached out to the election boards of DC, Maryland and Virginia and they urged voters to reach out the following ways if they run into problems at the polls:

- DC: Call the Board's Office of the General Counsel at (202) 727-2194

- Maryland: Call 1-800-222-8683 or email info.sbe@maryland.gov

- Virginia: File a complaint at elections.virginia.gov/complaint

If you believe federal voting rights laws are being violated, you may file a complaint with the Department of Justice here.
